Demo backend: orders, bulk orders and enquiries from the website are saved in this browser (localStorage), so the owner can see how the system works. The shop number is a landline — every order is confirmed by phone. In the live paid version, records go to a real server database so the owner sees every customer's order on their own phone or computer, and this admin page is protected with a password.
